b) Vice President: 1 year term AssumeS the duties of President in his or her absence Reserve meeting rooms and spaceS needed for events SUPPORTS COACHES WITH APPAREL DISTRIBUTION
c) Secretary: 1 year term Keeps record of all Parent Booster Club meetings TRACKS attendance prepares minutes and agendas for all meetings DISTRIBUTES MINUTES FROM EVERY MEETING MAINTAINS yearly team roster d) Treasurer: 2 year term Manages & documents receipts & expenditures of Booster Club fund prepares income/expense reports monthly prepares budget report for approval by Executive Committee Provide documentation for Finance Committee to perform & audit every two years
e.) Fundraiser: 1 year term Coordinates fundraising activities & events Assigns committee chairs for fundraising events ORGANIZES & DISTRIBUTES FUNDRAISER ITEMS Forwards all flyers & communications for events to Secretary for distribution to parent
f.) SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR: 1 year term MAINTAINS UP TO DATE INFORMATION AND PHOTOS ON ERDT SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.
